July 4 Recap & Championship Sunday Preview
After a full day of elimination baseball on Independence Day, the championship fields are officially set across every age division. Sunday’s semifinals and championship games promise plenty of local flavor, with several Bay Village teams still alive and looking to bring home tournament titles.
8U
The top seeds held firm as Brunswick Dodgers Black rolled past Fairview Park 17-0, while Brecksville Bees eliminated Three Outs Academy Czekaj 15-1. On the other side of the bracket, Avon Lake Maroon edged Avon Lake Gold 8-6, and Bay Village Grey-Albertini advanced with a 13-1 victory over Rocky River-Acklin.

Rocky River-Sika opened bracket play with a 7-3 win over Legends Athletics, while Three Outs Academy-Rich advanced after defeating Bay Village Blue-Popiolkowski 14-4. Bay Village Grey-Coil earned a 14-5 victory over Avon Lake White, and Brecksville Bees punched the final semifinal ticket with a 10-2 win over North Olmsted Eagles 9U.

Broadview Heights Eagles defeated Force Ohio-Wolfpack 13-6, Rocky River-Dillon handled Medina Sting 10U, North Olmsted Eagles 10U advanced over Avon Lake Maroon, and Three Outs Academy Pruden edged Bay Village-Cooke 10-9.

Gold Championship: Sunday, 6:00 PM – Bradley North
Silver Bracket
MAC Bulldogs-Mickas, NMC Baseball-Birk, Forest City Lumberjacks-Doll, and Bay Village-Lydon all survived Saturday’s action.

- Forest City Lumberjacks-Doll defeated Bay Village – Lydon and advanced to the championship game.

Premier Ohio Brown defeated Forest City Lumberjacks-Skapes, Tri-County Thunderbirds advanced over Westlake Demons, Bay Village Grey-Walukas earned a convincing win over Three Outs Academy Banks, and Lake Erie Cobras moved on after defeating Westside Saints.

Brecksville Bees opened the bracket with an impressive 20-2 win over DNA Raiders. Bay Village Grey-Gates knocked off Bay Village Blue-Moser 17-4, Legends Athletics advanced past Broadview Heights, and Rocky River-Carlone defeated Rocky River-Gorius.

The oldest division is set for a tremendous Championship Sunday after several strong performances.
Three Outs Academy Lackner advanced with a 17-1 win over DNA Raiders, and will face teh winner of Dawgz Baseball and the Lakewood Rangers, who play at 10am on Sunday morning. Premier Ohio Dodds/Boyer 14U defeated Bay Village Grey-Goodman, and 14U Titans Baseball Club earned a convincing win over Rocky River-Apostos.
